Who we are: Promptly is a product of LUMINARIS SYSTEMS LLC, which operates the service and is responsible for the data practices described here.
The short version: your interview audio is transcribed in short chunks and never stored on our servers. Your resume, notes, and custom instructions live on your machine and are sent only inside your own answer requests. The teleprompter's voice-sync runs entirely on-device — that audio never leaves your computer.
What we keep: your account email, your subscription tier, and usage counters (session count, listening minutes, answer counts) needed to enforce plan limits. We don't keep transcripts, screenshots, questions, or answers.
Third parties: answer generation runs through our model providers under their API data policies (no training on API traffic). Payments are handled by our merchant of record — we never see your card number.
Deletion: deleting your account removes your user record and license. Email support and it's done within 48 hours.
