Provider: Promptly is provided by LUMINARIS SYSTEMS LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and LUMINARIS SYSTEMS LLC.
The deal: Promptly is a real-time assistant you run on your own computer. A subscription grants one person a license to use it while the subscription is active.
Billing: plans renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal; access runs to the end of the paid period. If a renewal charge fails, the plan drops to Free — nothing is deleted.
Fair use: plan limits (listening hours, sessions) exist to keep pricing honest for everyone. Don't resell access, share license keys, or script the API. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your responsibility: you're responsible for how you use Promptly — including complying with the rules of any interview, exam, or meeting you use it in, and the laws that apply to recording or transcribing calls where you live. The software is provided as-is, without warranty.
